Refunds (if applicable)

We do not refund for any orders. Only exception is in case of fabric defect.

Damage due to shipping is not covered under this policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are applicable for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We understand that sizing can be a concern when purchasing items on sale. Exchanges for different sizes will only be processed if the requested size is available in stock. If the requested size is not available, we regret that we cannot facilitate an exchange. In such cases, we recommend checking the product availability carefully before making your purchase.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Exchange is permissible solely for sizing discrepancies or defective items.
  • Kindly raise exchange requests within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made beyond this window cannot be entertained.
  • Customers are obligated to self-ship the product within 3 days of its receipt.
  • Each item is eligible for a single exchange.
  • Maintain all original product tags and adhere to the prescribed packaging requirements, including the enclosed invoice.
  • Products must maintain their original, unused, unwashed, and undamaged state.

Color and Variations:

  • Variations in color, finish, and appearance are inherent due to the human-driven processes our products undergo.
  • Acknowledge that color discrepancies of up to 10-12% may arise due to device screen resolution and lighting conditions. These deviations do not warrant an exchange or return.

Display Accuracy:

  • While our efforts to accurately depict products on Kirva Creation are resolute, disparities in color portrayal may arise due to distinctions in computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Please note that items procured during sale or discounted periods are ineligible for exchange.

Return Policy:

  • We are unable to extend returns or refunds. Our focus remains on facilitating exchanges for sizes within the same product range.

Exceptions to Exchange/Return:
