We will not be able to refund but we will make sure you get what you have ordered .
ORDER ONCE PLACED CAN NOT BE CANCELED.
1.We do not provide return / refund for any product , we can only facilitate exchange in the sizes for the same product.
2. Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. However, due to different screen displays in every electronic display settings, colours, etc.. Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the customer and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same. Therefore, we will not be able to entertain or accept exchange requests under colour difference, fabric material, quality, / tassels thread etc.
